Terri E. McNally – Founder/President/CEO
Prior to organizing and operating Global Capital, Terri was employed by GE Capital in various positions including a credit analyst, an Area Manager of various sales branch offices, and a liaison between Kidder Peabody and GECC during the acquisition of Kidder Peabody. Thereafter, Fleet Capital Corporation employed Terri where she served directly under the President as Midwest region manager and director of central United States syndications. Most recently, Terri was employed as Vice-President of the Capital Markets Division of Ameritech Capital Services with responsibilities of all capital equipment domestic single investor and leveraged lease transactions. This position involved the creation of policies, procedures, ongoing training, acute structuring skills, financial statement analysis and strong leadership qualities. Terri has been engaged in the financial services industry for over twenty years.
Upon the merger of Ameritech Corporation and SBC, the Capital Markets division was eliminated, and Terri chose to organize her own venture to operate with greater than one funding source. In her career, she has been responsible for the placement of greater than one billion dollars in the financing of equipment. As a result of her vast experience, she has cultivated very broad contacts and a multitude of relationships in the industry.
Brian McNally – Vice President of Business Development
Brian is a graduate from the Illinois State University through their Marketing Sales program. Upon graduation, Brian accepted a position as a Solution Specialist with a Xerox subsidiary known as Chicago Office Technology Group. During this time, Brian became well-versed in relationship selling and was selected as Rookie of the Quarter amongst all new hires. After his time at COTG, Brian accepted a temporary position as a “tadpole” with Chicago’s Red Frog Events. Brian worked several teams during his time there including Sponsorship and Innovation. In January of 2014, Brian accepted a position as Vice President of Business Development with Global Capital, Ltd.
Conner McNally – Operations Manager
Conner is a graduate of Illinois State University, where he received a BA in Business Administration. After graduating from Illinois State, Conner started a role at W.W. Grainger where he developed and maintained a territory in the Southwest region. In February of 2015, Conner decided to join the family business and has now been a part of the Global Capital team for two years and counting.
